I’m a remote worker with over 10 years of experience in marketing communications and project management. I love variety in my day to day and the hustle and bustle of agency life. I am adept at managing multiple clients, work streams, and cross-functional teams while proactively monitoring for potential risks and identifying solutions. I work to foster a collaborative environment on all of my projects, creating a reliable, open line of communication between both internal and external teammates.
My focus is primarily on web design and development projects, but I also have experience across digital marketing and media campaigns, booth development and event planning, campaign creative, medical communications organization and design, and more. I’m well versed in multiple project management methodologies and regularly work in Jira and Confluence to support delivery, visibility, and coordination, alongside a range of design platforms, content management systems, and digital asset management solutions.
I joined HDMZ in early 2022 and grew into a Senior Project Manager role, partnering with cross-functional teams to support life science and biotech clients navigating complex communications challenges across multivariable initiatives. HDMZ’s work centers on helping the world’s most innovative life science companies create the future faster by fueling growth and solving meaningful problems. During my time there, I learned a great deal about how the scientific method can be applied in real-world contexts, and saw firsthand the immediate and personal impact our clients could have on patients, families, and care teams.
In 2024, my work became deeply personal when my mom was diagnosed with encephalitis as I was leading the phase 2 site redesign for Delve Bio, developers of a metagenomic sequencing (mNGS) diagnostic test for CNS infections including encephalitis and meningitis. Luckily she was diagnosed quickly upon admission to the ICU, but I can only imagine the fear patients and families would feel if that first round of testing did not come back with a clear result. Over the course of her treatment and recovery, I’ve had a ton of interaction with the American healthcare system, and become both inspired and disillusioned by the ways we look out for each other in this country. I’m hopeful that in my next role, I can contribute to moving the goalpost in the right direction in a small way.
Before HDMZ, I was a PM at Unique Dental Marketing, where we worked primarily with dental offices in the Chicagoland area. Similarly healthcare related, we also helped a few professional service companies create their own digital footprints. Earlier in my career, I freelanced across a number of marketing roles and companies before finding my groove as a PM.
Outside of work and theatre, I love to travel, go to the movies, lift, hike, and swim. I enjoy photography, interior design, cooking, crafting, and other excuses to not look at my phone. I like to be busy!!!

BeOne Medicines Medical Information Rebrand
BeOne Medicines, formerly BeiGene, a creator of next-generation cancer treatments, rebranded their entire corporate identity in 2025. In conjunction with that change, the Medical Information site for healthcare professionals also needed to be updated. I spearheaded the internal HDMZ team through the design and development process based on the corporate brand guidelines, while coordinating with multiple external teams to ensure all needs were met and the site was launched on time and budget.

Cepheid, a diagnostics developer, needed a new distribution tool for customers to access Instructions for Use (IFUs) and Assay Definition Files (ADFs) via the support subdomain of the website. Based on their requirements, HDMZ developed a new Edoc tool in Pimcore that allows user to find assets based on their location, language, test, and system. We also created an archiving system that allows users to access out-of-date versions of assets on the site, as required by regulation for these specific assays. Along with leading the project, I helped the client to organize their source of truth for asset distribution, and translated that document for our internal teams to understand which files went where.
Repligen, a bioprocessing-focused life sciences company, required an enterprise web platform for their new site. As Pimcore partners, our team at HDMZ recommended that CMS for the job and designed a robust data management system to fit their needs. I joined the project about halfway through when a team member was out on family leave, and managed through launch and post-launch. This was a major undertaking for a lot of folks at the agency, and with over 200 pages, has been the largest site build I’ve managed so far at HDMZ.
